The Vision: What We Could Achieve
If we replace Congress with representatives who serve workers, not donors, we can transform America with three complementary solutions: legislative reform, constitutional restoration, and structural accountability.
C.L.A.W.S. Act
Real enforcement for 170 million American workers. Not symbolic suggestions—laws with actual consequences: $50,000+ penalties, 30-day resolution, criminal prosecution.
28th Amendment
Corporations are not persons. Money is not speech. Workers protected from unaccountable AI displacement. Restores constitutional rights to human beings.
29th Amendment
Term limits for Congress and Supreme Court. Ban stock trading. End the lobbying pipeline. Decentralize Congress. Return representatives to their districts.
🦁 C.L.A.W.S. Act
Comprehensive Labor and Worker Safeguards Act—real enforcement for 170 million American workers.
$50,000+ Penalties
Minimum penalty per violation—high enough to make retaliation unprofitable. Escalating penalties for repeat offenders. Personal accountability for executives.
30-Day Resolution
Cases resolved in days, not years. Emergency reinstatement within 48 hours for fired workers. Automatic penalties within 72 hours of documented retaliation.
Universal Protection
All 170 million workers covered—gig workers, contractors, part-time employees included. Protection that doesn’t require unionization first.
Worker-Controlled System
Register activities anonymously. Document organizing, wage discussions, safety complaints. Choose when to reveal identity. Automatic protection upon registration.
Criminal Prosecution
Willful violations result in jail time for executives. No corporate shields—personal liability for those who authorize violations. Federal charges for systematic violations.
No Settlement Loopholes
No settlements below statutory minimums. Employers cannot buy their way out with trivial payments. Business license suspension for repeat violators.
Amendment XXVIII
The Real People Amendment—restoring constitutional rights to human beings.
The Real People Amendment
Section 1: Corporations Are Not Persons
The rights protected by the Constitution of the United States are the rights of natural persons only. Artificial entities—including corporations, LLCs, and other legal fictions—shall have no constitutional rights and are subject to regulation by the People through their elected governments.

Federal, state, and local governments shall regulate, limit, or prohibit contributions and expenditures to ensure that all citizens, regardless of economic status, have access to the political process. No person gains more influence because of their money. The judiciary shall not construe spending money to influence elections as speech.
Overturns: Buckley v. Valeo (1976)Section 3: Human Labor Protections

The Constitution Has Been Amended 27 Times
The lawyers can draft the language. The scholars can write the briefs. The advocates can build the coalitions. But the power belongs to the People. All 170 million of them.
