About U.S. Workers Alliance
Our Story
The U.S. Workers Alliance was born from the lived experience of American workers who have been systematically displaced, overlooked, and betrayed by the very system that promises to protect them. Founded as a non-governmental, nonprofit organization based in Nevada, our alliance represents the voices of millions of American workers who have watched their jobs disappear, their wages stagnate, and their futures become increasingly uncertain.
Our organization emerged from a simple yet powerful recognition: that the struggles facing American workers today are not isolated incidents, but part of a broader pattern of economic policies that prioritize corporate profits over worker prosperity. We understand that behind every statistic about job displacement, wage suppression, or economic inequality lies a human story of hardship, resilience, and the unwavering belief that America can and must do better for its workers.
Leadership & Vision
The U.S. Workers Alliance is led by Randell Hynes, a Nevada-based advocate who brings both personal experience and political expertise to the fight for American workers. As the former 2024 Nevada Campaign Manager for Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Randell understands the intersection of politics and worker advocacy at the highest levels. His background in political organizing, combined with his deep commitment to worker rights, provides the strategic foundation for our movement.
Randell’s vision extends beyond traditional political boundaries. Having worked within the political system, he recognizes that true change for American workers requires building a movement that transcends partisan politics and focuses on the fundamental economic justice that all working Americans deserve, regardless of their political affiliation.
The Reality We Face
This personal testimony captures the heart of what the U.S. Workers Alliance represents. Our founder’s experience as a Nevada veteran and senior who lost an 11-year career to visa-based hiring practices illustrates a harsh reality that millions of American workers face daily. While the individual experience may feel isolating, the systemic nature of these challenges affects workers across industries, age groups, and geographic regions throughout the United States.
The displacement of American workers through various visa programs, the erosion of job security, and the systematic devaluation of American labor represent more than economic policies—they represent a fundamental breach of the social contract between our nation and its workers. Veterans who served their country, seniors who built their careers over decades, and workers of all ages who have contributed to America’s prosperity deserve better than to be discarded in favor of cheaper alternatives.
Our Mission
To ignite an American Worker Revolution that restores dignity, security, and prosperity to working Americans. We advocate for policies that prioritize American workers, challenge systems that exploit labor, and build a movement that demands economic justice for all who contribute to America’s success.
Our Values
We believe in the fundamental dignity of work, the right of American workers to fair wages and job security, and the principle that economic policies should serve working families rather than corporate interests. Our advocacy is rooted in the belief that America’s strength comes from its workers.
Beyond Individual Stories
While personal experiences like job displacement drive our passion, the U.S. Workers Alliance operates with a broader understanding of the systemic challenges facing American workers. We recognize that the issues affecting our founder—and millions like him—are not accidents or inevitable market forces, but the result of deliberate policy choices that can be changed through organized advocacy and political engagement.
Our work encompasses research, advocacy, and grassroots organizing to address the root causes of worker displacement and economic inequality. We challenge the narrative that American workers must accept declining wages, job insecurity, and displacement as the price of economic progress. Instead, we advocate for an economic system that recognizes American workers as stakeholders in the nation’s prosperity, not expendable resources in a global marketplace.
A Movement for All Workers
The U.S. Workers Alliance represents workers across all industries, backgrounds, and political affiliations. We understand that the challenges facing American workers—from manufacturing to technology, from rural communities to urban centers—require solutions that transcend traditional political divisions. Our movement includes veterans and civilians, young workers starting their careers and seniors with decades of experience, union members and independent contractors.
What unites us is not a political party or ideology, but a shared commitment to the principle that American workers deserve economic policies that serve their interests. We believe that the prosperity of American workers is not just an economic issue, but a matter of national security, social stability, and moral imperative.
Join the Revolution
The U.S. Workers Alliance is more than an organization—it’s a movement. Every American worker who has felt the sting of economic displacement, wage stagnation, or job insecurity has a place in our alliance.
